Overview Member of the operations Changeover Crew report directly to the Changeover Manager. The position is primarily responsible for the changeover in the arena and performing arts center from one event to another. Additionally, a member of the Operations Changeover Crew may be involved in other aspects of building maintenance to include painting, trash disposal, exterior facility care, snow removal, furniture moving, etc. This responsibility requires physical labor and heavy lifting and therefore has lifting requirements. The Operations Changeover Crew is a vital component of the arena and performing arts center in responding to the needs of promoters and clients – a positive attitude and a positive appearance are essential.
