About The Position
We’re looking for a Change & Transformation Consultant to help our customers navigate organizational change and maximize the value of Gloat’s Agile Workforce Operating System, including our talent marketplace and skills solutions. You will work closely with key stakeholders, focusing on skills transformation and the shift toward skills-based organizations. In this role, you are expected to develop high-trust relationships with your customers, consulting with them to provide expert advice on change management strategies. You will be measured on customers’ defined success metrics and satisfaction. We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, have high integrity, thrive in dynamic environments, and have experience in Change Management or HR Transformation. This hybrid position requires commuting to our NYC office at least 3 days a week.
