About The Position

The Change Over Crew Member is part of the facility operations team. Responsible for providing general labor in support of facility operations at the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center. Primary job will be to assist in the set up and take down of equipment in support of events and special activities. Reporting to the Facility Manager, this role is a hands-on working position.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • General knowledge of soccer
  • Capable of working in fast-paced and demanding environments
  • Must be able to connect “micro” details to the “macro” vision and mission
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform general manual labor tasks
  • In person on site
  • Average approximately 20 Hours per week, on call as needed
  • Monday- Friday -- occasional evenings, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

  • Provide labor support for set up and take down of tables, chairs and other support equipment for special events and daily operational requirements.
  • Organizing and storing materials in designated storage areas.
  • Other general labor tasks as assigned.
