The Change Manager - SAP S4 HANA will lead and support a complex SAP S4 HANA-driven transformation initiative, ensuring successful adoption across the organization. This role requires applying proven change management methodologies and engaging stakeholders effectively to manage large-scale change programs.

  • Lead and support the SAP S4 HANA transformation initiative.
  • Apply change management methodologies to ensure successful adoption of SAP S4 HANA.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
  • Develop and deliver change communications and training programs.
  • Facilitate process adoption across the organization.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading change management efforts for large-scale SAP S4 HANA implementations or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of the SAP Activate Methodology and experience applying it to drive successful SAP transformation projects.
  • Expertise in key change management processes including Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Change Communications, Process Adoption, and Training Development and Delivery.
