About The Position

The Change Manager for SAP S4 HANA at Beacon Hill Staffing Group is responsible for leading and supporting a complex transformation initiative driven by SAP S4 HANA. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful adoption of the system across the organization by utilizing established change management methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP S4 HANA, change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and process adoption, along with hands-on experience in managing large-scale change programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in leading change management efforts for large-scale SAP S4 HANA implementations or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of the SAP Activate Methodology and experience applying it to drive successful SAP transformation projects.
  • Expertise in key change management processes including Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Change Communications, Process Adoption, and Training Development and Delivery.

  • Apply proven change management methodologies to ensure successful adoption of SAP S4 HANA.
