LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Change Manager for a long-term contract with our client in Central Illinois. This role is not just another assignment, but a real opportunity and challenge for the right person. The consultant will create a structured approach to preparing, equipping, and supporting individuals through organizational change, focusing on the people side of change to ensure effective adoption of new processes, systems, or behaviors. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT project management and change management methodologies, specifically Prosci's ADKAR model, to support the organization in implementing effective, sustainable changes across technology and process initiatives. This role requires a proactive leader who understands the complexities of IT implementations in a healthcare environment and can effectively manage the people side of change to ensure project success.
