Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain change management processes, templates, and controls aligned with ITIL/ISO practices.
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure timely, accurate communication of approved changes.
- Coordinate risk assessments, approvals, and post-change reviews; track corrective actions.
- Maintain change documentation to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Train teams on change processes and reinforce best practices across operations and engineering.

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.
