The Change Management Lead is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition during large-scale transformation projects. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to address concerns, manage resistance, and foster engagement across the organization, ensuring that all employees are adequately prepared for changes in processes and tools.

  • Translate Change Management Strategy from Deloitte, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Identify key stakeholders, assess their readiness for change, and develop communication and training plans to engage them.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to understand how the transformation will affect various teams and individuals and create targeted interventions.
  • Partner with functional leaders to assess leadership readiness and implement solutions to drive alignment.
  • Identify areas of resistance and develop strategies to mitigate them through training, support, and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with training teams to ensure employees are adequately trained on new tools, processes, or structures introduced by the transformation.
  • Track the adoption of changes through metrics, surveys, and stakeholder feedback, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Build and lead a network of change agents who can champion the transformation at different levels of the organization.
  • Experience in leading change management for large-scale transformation projects.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage resistance and foster a positive attitude toward change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Experience handling change management for a large organization.
  • Bachelor's degree or associate's degree preferred.
