About The Position

We are seeking a curious and proactive Intern to join our Change Management team for Summer 2026. This internship provides hands-on experience in organizational change, communications, stakeholder engagement, and project support. The role is ideal for students interested in organizational development, communications, HR, business, or related fields. The Change Management Intern will help support change initiatives by assisting with communications, project coordination, and employee readiness activities.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Curiosity, willingness to ask questions, learn quickly, and take initiative.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfort working with data, including basic Excel/Google Sheets skills (sorting, charts, simple formulas).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners.
  • Positive, flexible mindset; comfortable working in a fast‑moving and evolving environment.
  • Basic PowerPoint skills for creating visuals, decks, and communication materials.

Nice To Haves

  • Coursework or exposure to change management, leadership, employee engagement, or project management is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and format communications such as emails, intranet posts, FAQs, and presentation slides.
  • Create simple visuals, timelines, or one‑pagers to help employees understand organizational changes.
  • Assist in developing stakeholder lists, mapping impacts, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Take notes during stakeholder interviews, workshops, and project meetings.
  • Track tasks, update project plans, and follow up on action items with project team members.
  • Support meeting setup, create agendas, prepare documentation, and compile post‑meeting recaps.
  • Help build and administer employee surveys using tools like Microsoft Forms or SurveyMonkey.
  • Summarize feedback and identify themes, risks, or opportunities for the change team.
  • Support internal OCM team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and working sessions.
  • Maintain shared drives, content libraries, templates, and other team documentation.
