About The Position

Change Management Expert Key Role: Oversee HR operations for talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, onboarding, and retention. Modernize HR systems, workflows, and SOPs to optimize the employee lifecycle and improve operational efficiency. Monitor organizational health through workforce analytics and forecasting, transforming data into actionable business strategy insights. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders on HR-related matters, including compliance, risk management, and change initiatives. Lead implementation and optimization of HR technology systems such as HRIS, workforce analytics dashboards, and payroll. Build and leverage workforce analytics programs and dashboards to enhance decision-making at every level of the organization. Design and deploy talent analytics strategies to measure KPIs and improve ROI on people programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations roles
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Experience in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design, including in complex or research-heavy organizations
  • Experience managing HR functions in compliance with federal or regulated environments
  • Experience assessing and implementing HR technology solutions, including HRIS, talent analytics platforms, and process automation tools
  • Experience in project management involving reorganization, classification, and pay analysis
  • Experience working with senior leadership teams and driving cultural change through HR initiatives
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as CFR, FMLA, and FLSA
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Business Administration

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting health focused organizations, including working in health organizations, consulting health organizations, and training in health or healthcare in an academic environment
  • Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
