Monitor organizational health through workforce analytics and forecasting, transforming data into actionable business strategy insights. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders on HR-related matters, including compliance, risk management, and change initiatives. Lead implementation and optimization of HR technology systems such as HRIS, workforce analytics dashboards, and payroll. Build and leverage workforce analytics programs and dashboards to enhance decision-making at every level of the organization. Design and deploy talent analytics strategies to measure KPIs and improve ROI on people programs.
