Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 or more years of manufacturing experience.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, will also consider those with a High School Diploma/GED plus a minimum of 7 years of manufacturing experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise in scheduling, production processes, and BOM management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills needed to develop the relationships and solutions for improvement of processes, management of moderately complicated issues and risk mitigation.
  • Experience and working knowledge of project management and ability to influence others.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support manufacturing activities related to on-time implementation of Engineering Change Orders including, but not limited to: eBOM to mBOM conversion.
  • Creation of part plans for new and existing parts.
  • Creation of work instructions.
  • Definition of labor standards.
  • Procurement of production tooling.
  • Training of production personnel regarding Engineering Changes.
  • Produce reports and analyze data to support plant operations.
  • Evaluate processes on a continuing basis to develop improvements or changes needed to continue to meet production and scheduling commitments in changing environments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Product Development, Product Validation and various manufacturing groups to facilitate problem solving and process improvements.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
