About The Position
The Change Management Consultant will lead the planning and execution of the change management plan for a transformative program aimed at replacing the existing SAP R3 platform with the SAP S/4HANA platform. This role is crucial for ensuring stakeholder engagement, communication, coaching, and training, while managing resistance to change using ADKAR methodologies. The consultant will work closely with program leadership and the Change Management Team to align on strategies and monitor the delivery of the change management plan.
