The position we are hiring for is within the Global Supply Chain and Repair Organization. The Change Management Lead's primary internal-facing responsibilities are to create and implement change management strategies and plans in complex business contexts, including acquisition integration. In addition, the change management lead will coach business leaders on change leadership, enable others to drive change activities, help project teams integrate change management activities into their project plan, and create internal and external communications that aid in driving awareness and adoption of change. Externally, the Lead plays an important part in representing the voice of the customer and communicating to non-Zebra stakeholders. This will be a remote position.
