About The Position

Project Phoenix is Nextpower’s multi-year global ERP transformation spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, and Operations. The Change Management Lead is accountable for the end-to-end change strategy and execution for Phoenix, ensuring employees across regions and functions understand, adopt, and sustain new processes, systems, and ways of working. This role will design and run a structured change management approach (communications, stakeholder engagement, training, readiness, and adoption measurement) in close partnership with PMO, functional workstream leads (R2R, P2C, O2C, S2P, M2D, F2P, Tax, Security & Controls), and regional leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, with at least 5 years leading change for large-scale ERP or cloud transformations (Oracle, SAP, or similar) across multiple functions and regions.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing integrated change, communications, and training programs for complex, multi-release implementations.
  • Strong understanding of finance and supply chain processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R, S2P, M2D, F2P) and how ERP changes impact day‑to‑day work for different personas (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Ops, Project Operations, IT, etc.).
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and partner with executives, PMO, and functional leaders to drive decisions and remove obstacles.
  • Hands-on experience with stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including building clear, compelling narratives and executive-ready materials.
  • Experience leading and mentoring change practitioners/analysts and coordinating with external consulting partners.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple time zones and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously refine the Phoenix change management strategy and plan, including objectives, scope, timelines, and success measures across releases and regions.
  • Lead stakeholder and change impact assessments by function and region; translate findings into targeted interventions (leadership engagement, comms, training, and support models).
  • Develop and govern the Phoenix change roadmap and calendar across workstreams (R2R, P2P, O2C, S2P, M2D, P2C, A2R, Tax, Security & Controls, Tech/Data), ensuring alignment with program increments, testing cycles, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Design and oversee communications strategy (key messages, branding, leadership talking points, FAQs, newsletters, town halls, and digital channels) to explain the “why,” “what,” and “when” of Phoenix for different audiences.
  • Define the learning and training strategy (role-based curricula, just‑in‑time training, train‑the‑trainer, e‑learning, and simulations) and coordinate with functional leads and external partners to deliver content and measure effectiveness.
  • Establish and monitor change and adoption KPIs (readiness, participation, proficiency, system usage, process compliance); run readiness assessments and hypercare “war room” routines to rapidly resolve adoption issues.
  • Enroll and Lead Change Agents (drivers of change in various business functions) , a Change Management Business Analyst focused on workstream support and training/logistics; provide coaching to workstream and regional change champions.
  • Partner with PMO to integrate change management into governance and decision-making, including RAID logs, release train planning, cutover planning, and executive updates.
  • Ensure alignment with Security & Controls and Data teams so that process, role, and access changes are well understood, documented, and embedded in training and communications.
  • Manage external change partners to leverage their frameworks and accelerators while maintaining a Nextracker-specific, pragmatic approach.
