The Change Management and Communications Consultant implements organizational change initiatives that enable the organization to achieve greater performance. This would entail, creating communications content; participates in the planning and execution of employee communications programs within the organization. This role reports to the Human Resources Senior Manager supporting Caterpillar Marine and Medium Speed Engines.
