The Change Management Analyst plays a crucial role in facilitating organizational evolution by providing objective insights on various initiatives.   • Analyze current structure, processes, and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.

  • Present recommendations to senior leadership to aid in informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and apply change management strategies.
  • Assume the role of project manager when assigned to lead projects to successful completion.
  • Provide professional written and verbal communication to influence change.
  • Handle protected health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in business or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of project and/or change management experience.
  • Experience partnering with leadership on change management projects in a healthcare setting.
  • Understanding of professional communications plans to influence change.
  • Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools; certification in a recognized change methodology preferred.
  • Experience in Community Health Care working with indigent populations preferred.
  • Knowledge of budget management and basic principles in finance and accounting.
  • Cultural diversity awareness, sensitivity, and competency.
