About The Position

The Change Management Analyst plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating changes within the manufacturing operations at Yanfeng. This position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure that changes are effectively managed and documented, while also adhering to quality, safety, and compliance standards. The analyst will lead engineering change meetings and maintain clear records of all changes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the operations.

Requirements

• Some college education in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing.
• 2-5 years of experience within the field.
• Less than 1 year of experience within the automotive industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Email.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to communicate accurately across departments.
• Basic understanding of Supply Chain processes.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to process time-sensitive information and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with Inventory Control Planning and Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of QAD.
• Ability to manage and lead meetings.

Responsibilities

• Work with the program team to stay informed of upcoming changes.
• Stay informed of customer-driven changes.
• Lead engineering change meetings at the plant.
• Coordinate with plant and program team to execute changes.
• Maintain clear records of all part and process changes.
• Develop an understanding of Engineering, Materials, IT, and Operations functions to validate that changes are managed to completeness.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.
