Requirements

  • 2+ years technical documentation evaluation experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to critically evaluate technical documents' functional specifications to ensure they are delivered to the required standards
  • Experience in position with high attention to detail is crucial
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and resistance management.
  • Reviewing and evaluating change requests
  • Collaborating on time impact analyses for change requests, approvals
  • Ensuring contractual obligations are met throughout change process
  • Aiding in preparation of detailed change orders, detailing the change, associated costs, revised schedule, and necessary approvals
  • Change control record maintenance, ensuring all submittals, modifications, etc., are tracked and recorded accurately throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support change management plans and strategies to aid in successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies
  • Partner with project teams and project controls to ensure change management considerations are integrated into project plans and activities
