  • Manage and continuously improve the change management processes within the organization, utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work with infrastructure and application change owners to ensure all requests for change are raised and executed according to defined policy and process.
  • Coordinate, convene, and facilitate Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and Forward planning meetings.
  • Maintain a calendar of approved and agreed upon product and infrastructure maintenance schedules.
  • Review completeness and quality of change information entered into the change management system (ServiceNow) and work with change requesters to correct deficiencies.
  • Review and follow up on non-compliant changes and changes which occur outside the defined processes.
  • Resolve change related scheduling conflicts according to established practices.
  • Employ multiple channels to effectively communicate change to the organization.
  • Demonstrate an overall understanding and knowledge of the supported applications and infrastructure in the production environment.
  • Hold Post Implementation review meetings to identify lessons learnt with failed change and change with issues.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills to build relationships and gain support for the ITSM processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform and experience in designing and implementing workflows.
  • Certification in ITIL v3/4.
  • Certification in ServiceNow.
