About The Position
The Change Agent at Trane Technologies is responsible for supporting Lean transformation within the Tyler, TX manufacturing facility, which produces Residential HVAC products. This role focuses on incorporating Lean principles, practices, and tools to drive continuous improvement and enhance operational efficiency. The Change Agent will facilitate various improvement events, train staff on Lean methodologies, and collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
