About the role: The Champagne Bar Server provid es exceptional quality and service to Champagne Bar guests . In this role, you will be tasked with provid ing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options ; and delivering memorable guest experiences. This role is part of the Food & Beverage team, reporting into the Bar Manager.

Requirements

  • An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
  • High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine

Nice To Haves

  • Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
  • Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction ; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests .
  • Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
