About The Position

Mercedes-Benz Stadium Mercedes-Benz Stadium, part of AMB Sports & Entertainment, serves as the home of the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United FC. In addition to its professional sports tenants, the stadium hosts a wide range of other sports, entertainment, and hospitality events. This multi-purpose venue features a flexible seating capacity that can expand to approximately 75,000, a retractable roof inspired by the oculus of Rome’s ancient Pantheon, striking views of the Atlanta skyline, and a 360-degree HD video halo board—nearly six stories tall and spanning 1,100 linear feet—the largest of its kind in the world. Position Description Chairman Suite Hosts play a vital role in delivering stadium best practices and exceptional “white glove” customer service. Hosts welcome suite guests and ensure their needs are met from the moment they arrive at MBS through the entirety of their experience in the Chairman’s personal suites. Hosts facilitate a seamless check-in process and personally escort guests to their assigned suite. Once guests are settled and the event is underway, Chairman Suite Hosts continue to provide attentive in‑suite hospitality for the duration of the event. Standards of Excellence Hosts lead by example as an ambassador of the AMBSE Core Values and the Welcome Home service philosophy, both within the stadium and throughout the surrounding community. Hosts: Deliver exceptional “white glove” service that consistently exceeds guest expectations. Maintain proactive, solution-driven communication with stadium, suite, and AMBFO management teams. Contribute to a stadium environment that is fun, positive, and rewarding. Uphold and promote professionalism, respect, integrity, and inclusion in every interaction. Demonstrate the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all guest interactions before, during, and after events. Build and sustain strong working relationships with team members and stadium partners.

Requirements

  • If currently employed within the Blank Family of Businesses: Must be in good standing—with strong performance, reliability, and availability—and demonstrate a proven track record as a culture builder and Core Values Ambassador.
  • If not currently employed within the Blank Family of Businesses: Must have a minimum of one year of experience in a “white‑glove,” high‑profile guest/VIP, or premium‑hospitality environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional VIP and premium service, with a full understanding of elevated guest‑experience expectations.
  • Ability to commit to approximately 90% of 55+ major events throughout the year.
  • Availability of working weekends, nights, holidays, early mornings, and late evenings as required by the event schedule.
  • Willingness to perform all assigned duties, including special functions and projects designated by the management team.
  • Consistently present professional, respectful, and confidential behavior when interacting with guests and team members.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs as needed throughout an event (approximately four hours).
  • Displays strong communication, listening, and thoughtfulness.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new settings and situations.
  • Possesses strong time management and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests and ensure a seamless arrival and check-in experience at the stadium’s South VIP check-in desk.
  • Escort guests to the Chairman’s Suite and to their assigned seating locations; distribute commemorative lanyards and badges; assist with coat and bag check; and support guest photo opportunities.
  • Assist with pre-event Chairman’s Suite setup, including placing seating cards, setting out scarves and other commemorative giveaway items, stringing badges, and ensuring all suite spaces are properly staged and guest ready.
  • Support the setup and operation of the South VIP check-in desk.
  • Provide elevated in-suite hospitality before, during, and after the event, delivering concierge-level assistance and guest support.
  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to assist as needed with bussing tables, refilling beverages, and maintaining a clean, polished, and welcoming suite environment.
  • Coordinate with suite management, catering, and operations teams to ensure smooth service flow and accommodate special guest requests.
  • Collaborate with the Ticket Resolution team to resolve any ticketing, seating, or access-related issues efficiently and discreetly.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs, address questions or concerns, and confirm all expectations are met prior to guest departure.
  • During Atlanta Falcons season, escort designated guests to and from the sidelines for their pregame warm-up field access.
