Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of 60-70 employed surgical providers as Chair of Surgery at Trinity Health Of New England's flagship hospital
• Practice at a prestigious teaching hospital affiliated with UConn and Quinnipiac medical schools
• Enjoy an ideal mix of 60% clinical, 30% administrative, and 10% academic responsibilities
• Work at a state-of-the-art facility featuring 16 main ORs, 5 ambulatory ORs, and 3 surgical robots
• Mentor the next generation of surgeons through residency programs and specialty fellowships
• Shape surgical growth strategies
• Benefit from collaborative relationships with regional surgical leaders
• Direct oversight of all surgical service lines
