About The Position
The Chair of Cole Eye at Cleveland Clinic is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing and maintaining enterprise-wide standards of safety, quality, and patient experience within the specialty. This position focuses on long-term strategic planning, overseeing clinical care, research, education, and innovation, while leading a team of specialty physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. The Chair will work collaboratively with various leaders to ensure the delivery of world-class patient care and to foster an engaging work environment for caregivers.
