About The Position
The Chains Service Specialist at Duke Manufacturing is responsible for addressing the technical needs of customers, providing field service support, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves liaising with channel partners, end users, and field technicians to oversee equipment installations, instruct customers on equipment operation, and resolve technical issues effectively. The specialist will also manage root cause analysis and corrective actions for technical issues, support the Technical Call Center, and contribute to customer satisfaction and product performance improvements.
