POSITION VISION Strategically leverage WBD product portfolio to sell and service assigned accounts across the off-premise channel of trade in order to grow our business. QUANTIFIABLE POSITION OBJECTIVES 1. Achieve established WBD volume and distribution goals. 2. Adhere to WBD retail and quality standards while upholding delivery schedule. 3. Consistently demonstrates WBD core values. QUALITATIVE POSITION OBJECTIVES 1. Understand the market drivers that may impact WBD’s business. 2. Assist customers in maximizing their sales and profitability. 3. Execute WBD sales and marketing strategies and objectives. 4. Execute personal development initiatives as set forth by the Chain Sales Supervisor. 5. Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures. 6. Must comply with all training requirements, ie. I Sell Beer. PLANNING AND STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT 1. Assist in determining where WBD needs to improve sustainable market share while focusing on strategic execution. 2. Work with Supervisor to establish specific objectives. 3. Ensure WBD priorities are maintained as defined by Management. CUSTOMER RELATIONS 1. To provide best in class customer service aligned with WBD quality and sales standards. 2. Build and maintain a favorable reputation with all customers. 3. Address customer concerns in a timely fashion, to maintain positive business relationships. SALES EXECUTION 1. Service assigned customers on scheduled call days. 2. Follow WBD 10 steps to a sales call. 3. Execute against all company incentives and business objectives. 4. Develop strong relationships with customers. 5. Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities. 6. Maintain WBD quality, retail and merchandising standards. 7. Communicate all customer concerns with Sales Supervisor. 8. Maintain all WBD equipment and report to supervisor/ IT manager with any concerns. 9. Develop a strong knowledge of all WBD products. 10. Must be proficient in calculating markup and margin.
