WCMHS is seeking a compassionate and skilled clinician to provide therapeutic and case management services to youth with severe emotional and behavioral challenges within an integrated mental health treatment facility, at home, and in the community. This position includes delivering individual, family, and group psychotherapy, facilitating skill-building sessions, and coordinating services through individualized treatment plans. The clinician will manage a caseload of up to 10 youth enrolled in the day treatment program, participate in monthly team meetings, and collaborate with schools, families, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support. Additional responsibilities include attending treatment planning meetings, providing consultation and training to school and Academy staff, and completing all clinical documentation in a timely manner. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The role also involves de-escalation and physical intervention techniques as needed, with appropriate training provided. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
