The CGS Regional Commercial Director is responsible for leading Coface’s global sales strategy, driving top-line growth, and managing strategic relationships with key multinational clients and intermediaries. This role oversees the (CGS) Coface Global Solutions and ensures the successful execution of commercial initiatives across all regions, with a strong focus on client retention, portfolio expansion, and cross -border collaboration. This role plays a critical role in driving commercial success across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. This leader spearheads CGS teams in delivering tailored risk management solutions to multinational clients, forging high-impact deals with C-level executives, and nurturing enduring relationships to sustain double-digit annual growth. Operating at the heart of Coface’s regional commercial ecosystem, this role reports solid-line to the Chief Commercial Officer, North America, and dotted-line to the Group Director CGS, ensuring seamless global coordination and integration. Success in this role hinges on leveraging a robust network of companies, brokers, and partners to transform connections into strategic assets that reinforce Coface’s leadership in multinational trade.
