About The Position

Shape the future of safe, high‑quality manufacturing Step onto the floor as a cGMP Production Technician and turn a defined operations plan into quality intermediates and finished goods. Your day starts with a handoff and safety check, then moves into setting up, running, and fine‑tuning process equipment to hit Key Performance Measures while following Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety/regulatory requirements, and site goals. What a day could look like Run and monitor production equipment to produce to plan; adjust parameters to optimize performance and respond to process changes. Pull in‑process and finished samples; perform required inspections, sampling, and basic testing. Handle materials: operate a forklift, subdivide/dispense raw materials, load trailers, manually dump bags/drums (including reprocessed material), and package finished product. Keep the area spotless and reliable: general housekeeping, cleaning, painting, and minor equipment repair in line with our Manufacturing Excellence (Manufex) approach. Document everything that matters: maintain process/equipment records to track Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), review batch sheets for accuracy, prepare final product labels, and maintain label control. Partner with leaders by contributing to nonconformance investigations and preparing supporting documentation. Pitch in on other duties as assigned by leadership. Schedule & overtime This position is overtime eligible. Schedules may include a built‑in overtime component. You must be able to work shifts, weekends, overtime (including coverage), and holidays as required. All candidates, internal and external, understand overtime may be required and adjusted based on business needs to ensure continued safe operations. What you bring High School Diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Comfort working in a team environment on a rotating 12‑hour shift schedule. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, education/training, and primary work location.
