About The Position

Step into Production that Powers Nutrition, Health, and Beauty Picture the start of your 12-hour shift: you review the handoff, check the batch plan, and bring stainless-steel systems online. You fine-tune parameters to hit KPIs, verify materials, and keep a close eye on quality checkpoints. As a cGMP Manufacturing Operations Associate, you keep our processes stable, safe, and on spec—turning plans into reliable intermediates and finished products. What your day looks like Run and oversee production equipment to meet an established operations plan; react to process variation and make smart adjustments to maintain optimal performance. Spot issues early, surface improvement ideas, and communicate findings to the right partners. Collect in-process and finished-product samples; perform basic testing and inspections to confirm results. Move materials with a forklift, subdivide/dispense raw inputs, load trailers, manually dump bags and drums as needed, and package final product. Keep areas production-ready: clean, paint, and perform minor fixes aligned with our Manufacturing Excellence (Manufex) mindset. Document everything that matters—maintain equipment and process records, track OEE, review batch sheets, create final labels, and manage label control. Support nonconformance investigations with clear input and accurate documentation. Jump in on other tasks as assigned to keep the operation humming. How we work You’ll operate within Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety/regulatory requirements—consistently aiming for site goals and Key Performance Measures. Schedule and overtime This position is overtime eligible. The schedule may be structured with the required overtime component built-in. Candidates must be able to work shifts, weekends, overtime (including coverage) and holidays as required. What you bring High School Diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Thrives in a team environment on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule. Proficiencies Measuring and Quoting Blending Pay and total rewards The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Hourly $17.55 - $32.40.
