About The Position

We are seeking a CGI Data Manager to lead the end-to-end management of 3D data workflows, digital asset creation, and content delivery for vehicle product launches. This cross-functional role is essential in ensuring that all visual assets meet brand standards, creative direction, and go-to-market timelines across Stellantis digital platforms. The ideal candidate will blend strong project management expertise with a working knowledge of 3D pipelines, asset validation, vehicle data, and stakeholder coordination. You will manage the full asset lifecycle-from data ingestion to production deployment-while aligning internal teams, agencies, and third-party users to ensure delivery accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, digital content production, or 3D asset workflows
  • Solid understanding of 3D asset pipelines, digital content lifecycle, and creative production workflows
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in resource planning, workflow optimization, and quality assurance
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and creative teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Smartsheet, Trello)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with vehicle data, imagery, or digital marketing platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end 3D data pipeline and digital asset creation lifecycle, ensuring product accuracy and alignment with brand and creative guidelines
  • Lead and coordinate all asset-related activities, including vehicle imagery, data sourcing, 3D model integration, and availability tracking
  • Partner with the Interactive Data Manager to ensure seamless integration of vehicle product data with 3D assets for digital experiences
  • Drive timelines, resource planning, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely execution of asset deliverables and marketing launches
  • Oversee Build & Price model year launch planning and scheduling, ensuring accurate data availability across internal systems
  • Collaborate with Engineering, PDO, Brand, Marketing, and ICT teams to align goals, gather requirements, and coordinate deliverables
  • Facilitate risk mitigation efforts, escalate issues, and track progress across multiple active projects
  • Facilitate image and content reviews to ensure brand consistency and product accuracy across platforms
  • Validate successful implementation of digital assets in adherence to brand standards and visual quality expectations
  • Resolve brand-specific requests for vehicle data, pricing, and embargoed content-including managing model year complexity
  • Lead a team of 14 external resources, providing task direction, performance tracking, and mentorship to foster collaboration and accountability
  • Coordinate with ICT to manage equipment and software upgrades that support the efficiency of asset development workflows
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in asset creation, review cycles, and delivery of workflows
  • Explore and implement new tools or technologies that enhance asset production efficiency, quality control, and scalability
  • Establish documentation and governance for asset requests, approvals, and cross-team communication
