About The Position

The CFV Technician serves as the primary technical support contact for CFV customers in the Dallas area, leading the installation, training, and ongoing support of CFV equipment. This role works directly with customers in the field to troubleshoot issues, implement effective solutions, and ensure CFV technology is installed, operated, and maintained to meet performance and quality expectations. The CFV Technician builds strong customer relationships, instills confidence in CFV products, and consistently delivers a high level of service support.

Requirements

  • Technical experience in field service, equipment installation, or mechanical/electromechanical systems preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and hands-on mechanical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and instructions
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills
  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple customer engagements
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally, domestically as needed, and occasionally to Sebastian, FL

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary customer-facing technical resource for CFV installations, service, and support in the Dallas area
  • Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and training for CFV equipment
  • Work directly with customers to troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions in a timely manner
  • Exceed customer expectations for service, support, and product understanding
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and represent the company with professionalism, credibility, and technical expertise
  • Visit customer locations to align, fit, assemble, repair, rework, or calibrate CFV equipment and component parts
  • Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or templates to assemble or adjust systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances
  • Inspect, test, and verify equipment performance to ensure quality operation of CFV technology
  • Conduct testing and inspections at future CFV test locations to assess site readiness and optimal implementation needs
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer warranty parts requests
  • Work closely with production to coordinate shipment of replacement parts to customers
  • Manage the return of defective parts and inspect warranty parts for defects upon receipt
  • Communicate findings and feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement
  • Train customers and internal personnel on proper installation, operation, use, and maintenance of CFV technology
  • Provide clear documentation, instruction, and guidance to support long-term equipment performance
