A growing behavioral health organization in Brooklyn is seeking a full-time CFTSS Program Coordinator to support and expand its HCBS/CFTSS services. - Support outreach efforts and relationship-building with referral sources
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and responsiveness
- Serve as a consistent, reliable presence within the department
- Assist in program growth initiatives
