About The Position

CFTSS Administrative Assistant Salary Range: $50-$55k Hours: 9-4/5 F 9-1 Location: Toms River, NJ Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The role of the Admin Asst for CFTSS(Children and Family Treatment Support Services) includes the execution of consent forms, including rectifying all errors and omissions and submission of said forms. In addition, they would oversee the ongoing waiting list for services; this includes updates, additions and contacting clients when services are available. They must have the ability to manage detailed tasks and follow through with consistency. Review treatment plans and discharge plans to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory, payer, and organizational requirements Identify missing information or discrepancies and follow up with clinicians and coordinators to resolve issues promptly Communicate regularly with clinicians, care coordinators, and administrative staff to ensure services are scheduled and delivered as outlined in approved plans Track service implementation and follow up on outstanding items to ensure continuity of care Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems and internal tracking tools Assist with audits, quality assurance reviews, and compliance monitoring as needed. Weekly meetings with supervisor. Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook) Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. High school diploma or GED required, Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
