The position involves reviewing due diligence information provided by Real Estate Managers to develop designs that meet budgetary and operational requirements. The Design Project Manager will also coordinate with consultants to prepare preliminary planning submittal packages for city pre-application meetings and will be responsible for obtaining necessary approvals from leadership and regulatory agencies. The role includes attending kickoff, round table, and design committee meetings to ensure alignment among all stakeholders, including Panda, CFT, and tenants. The Design Project Manager will oversee the work of outside consultants, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness, and will monitor the accuracy and schedules of design drawings and presentation materials. Ultimately, this position is crucial for producing design packages for city review and approval, ensuring that all designs align with operational intent and project goals.
