The CFSP Director Substance Use Disorder Programs & Services is responsible for the clinical vision and implementation of new substance use disorder direct care programs and services in the state of North Carolina. Works in partnership with the Product and Strategy team to execute on the company's substance use disorder clinical vision. Sets the stage for clinical design and implementation of a product strategy through innovative substance use disorder (SUD) programs. Ensures that operational needs are met and ensures compliance with state/federal health plan requirements, Medicaid guidelines and health plan requirements. This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training.
