About The Position

Vaco is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a growing company in the Phoenix area. The CFO will be responsible for protecting the company's revenues and profits, achieving full financial control, and ensuring sustainable growth. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting Department and developing a long-term growth plan for the company.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a proven CFO is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience is required.
• Proven history in leading and executing successful healthcare business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk management by analyzing the company's liabilities and investments.
• Oversee treasury management, budgeting, accounting, long-range forecasting, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory financial reporting and oversee the preparation of audits.
• Prepare reliable current forecasting reports.
