About The Position

Vaco is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join a growing company in the Phoenix area. In this role, some of the main responsibilities will be to protect the company's revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth; to oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department and provide a long-term growth plan for the company.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience as a proven CFO is required to be considered
• BA (Business, Finance or Accounting)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is HIGHLY Preferred
• Healthcare industry experience REQUIRED
• Proven history in leading and executing successful healthcare business strategies

Responsibilities

• Perform risk management by analyzing the company's liabilities and investments
• Treasury management, budgeting, accounting, long-range forecasting, and risk management
• Oversee the preparation of audits and ensure compliance with regulatory financial reporting
• Prepare reliable current forecasting reports
