Vaco is hiring a CFO for one of our clients in the Milwaukee area. This is direct hire, onsite position.
Direct the preparation of all monthly and yearly financial statements including P&L statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
Oversee annual audit with outside accounting firm, including annual physical inventory.
Oversee sales and use tax reporting.
Maintain banking and vendor relationships.
Analyze operations and cash flow and work with management to adjust as needed.
Preparation and monitoring of annual budget/forecast.
Supervise all financial personnel.
Direct liaison for outside professional partners including: insurance brokers, bankers, financial and legal professionals, 401k administrators, payroll and HR services.
Assist largely and be member of an ERP implementation.
