About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations, driving strategic growth, and providing guidance on technology and data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise combined with strong technical and analytical capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelorachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
10+ years of experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role
Strong technical background with expertise in data analysis and technology integration
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Proven ability to drive innovation and leverage technology within finance functions
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Nice To Haves

MBA or CPA preferred
Diverse industry experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations and planning activities
Provide strategic guidance on technology investments and data analytics
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Partner with senior leadership to drive growth and profitability
Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other external stakeholders
Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams to ensure performance and development
