About The Position
Vonage has created the Business Critical Transformation (BCT) Office to be responsible for driving and monitoring compliance against Vonage's CFIUS (Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States) requirements following the acquisition of Vonage by Ericsson. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious CFIUS Technical Writer to join this growing team. As a CFIUS Technical Writer, you will collaborate with other team members to process and transform complex information into understandable content for both internal and external consumption. You will write or revise supporting content, including position memos and data flows. In this role, you will maintain operations documentation, user guides, manuals, and technical publications. You will gather and document technical information, maintain the internal documentation library, and work closely with product and software engineers and developers to produce quality documentation and training materials. Your responsibilities will also include researching highly technical subject matter, organizing information from multiple sources, and expressing technical information in written form that is comprehensible to a wide audience of readers. You will apply concepts for technical writing based on engineering drawings, technical information from engineering documentation, consultations with engineers and subject matter experts, and other available sources.
