This position involves performing preventative, routine, and minor maintenance on production and support machinery within assigned areas. The role requires timely changeovers on production machines and associated support equipment, as well as assisting Manufacturing Associates when necessary. The individual must follow oral and written instructions, wear protective equipment as directed, and adhere to all plant and safety rules and regulations. Key responsibilities include supporting the facility's mission, safety, and ISO goals, actively participating as a member of the Remington Team, and attending all required meetings. The role also involves troubleshooting and performing light maintenance on malfunctioning machines, setting tooling, making necessary adjustments, assisting engineers in developing troubleshooting solutions, and mentoring Operators and Technicians to ensure process integrity and the utilization of best practices. Good attendance and the ability to work overtime, including extended shifts and scheduled days off, are essential functions of the job.
