About The Position

The CES Sales and Business Leadership Training Program is a structured development course aimed at preparing energetic self-starters for careers in sales and leadership within the industrial automation field. Participants will gain exposure to various aspects of the industry, including IT/Network, Cyber Security, Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Sustainability. The program combines on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and home study, requiring a strong commitment from each trainee to develop essential skills in sales, customer relations, and technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (graduating by start date or currently pursuing for interns)
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to walk and/or sit for 8-10 hours a day
• Ability to lift boxes and other objects up to 40 lbs
