Requirements

• BA/BS in a Natural Science or Medical Technology
• Three years of professional experience in a high complexity forensic/clinical lab setting
• Two years of instrumentation experience (GCMS, LCMS and GCFID) and experience reviewing chromatographic and mass spectrometric data preferred
• 1 year of negative result certification

Nice To Haves

• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Certify negative confirmatory results
• Review initial screening data
• Review all QA/QC data for confirmation assays and apply rules for acceptability
• Review initial confirmation data
• Train new data reviewers and new negative certifying scientists in reviewing chromatographic and spectrometric data
