Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, dynamic professional Certified Work Incentive Coordinator to join our team! The Certified Work Incentive Coordinator will provide assistance to Social Security beneficiaries in making informed decisions, to analyze and clearly explain complex information related to specific issues and concerns people with disabilities have regarding employment. The CWIC’s work primarily includes providing Work Incentive benefits analysis, planning, and assistance, to individuals with disabilities to help them understand how employment income will increase their financial wellbeing and affect their federal, state, and local benefits. The CWIC works one-on-one (by phone, email and in person) with beneficiary to promote employment by helping them understand how SSA and other benefit program rules impact earned wages.
