What We Offer This is an on-call position, which means it is a part-time, hourly role. Depending on the staffing needs of the recreation center or outdoor pool they are assigned to, on‐call positions may have a routine or variable work schedule and will work no more than 39 hours per week. Certified Fitness Instructors are paid $22.62/hour. On-call positions are eligible to enroll in the City and County of Denver’s 457b retirement plan. This position is not eligible for other additional benefits. Location Our hiring efforts are primarily focused on staffing year-round indoor pool programming. What You’ll Do Certified Water Fitness Instructors provide training and instruction in aquatics group fitness classes at various recreation centers throughout the City and County of Denver. Instructors are expected to provide a safe, educational, and enjoyable experience for all class participants.
