About The Position

Certified Veterinary Technician – More Than Support Staff, You’re a Partner in Care Join a Fear Free, vet-led team where your skills are valued, your voice matters, and your career can truly thrive. About PetVet365 At PetVet365, we’re reimagining what it means to work in veterinary medicine. Vet owned and vet led, we design hospitals and teams around what matters most: life-work balance, meaningful patient interactions, and a Fear Free environment that benefits pets and the people who care for them. We believe every pet deserves the highest standard of care every day. And we believe veterinary professionals deserve a workplace where they can thrive — with less stress, more teamwork, and the support to grow their careers. Together, we’re paving the way toward healthier pets, happier clients, and stronger veterinary teams. The Role Our Certified Veterinary Technicians are more than support staff — they’re essential partners in delivering personalized, Fear Free care. From the moment a patient enters the hospital, technicians are hands-on in ensuring visits are smooth, stress-free, and clearly communicated to families. As the doctor’s trusted right hand, you’ll play a critical role in everything from diagnostics to surgery, while also helping to create a calmer, more rewarding workplace for the entire team. What Makes This Role Different at PetVet365 Fear Free Means Less Stress: Our hospitals are designed to be calmer for pets and people, creating a healthier, more rewarding workplace. Respect for Technicians: Here, CVTs are integral to patient care and hospital success, not just support staff. Life-Work Balance: Flexible scheduling and supportive leadership make it possible to do great work and enjoy life outside of it. Growth & Development: Fear Free certification provided, plus ongoing CE and professional development opportunities. Team Culture: We put people first, so you can put pets first.
