Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex issues across multiple makes and models
- Perform advanced electrical and engine diagnostics
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and leadership to ensure clear customer communication
- Maintain top-tier safety and quality standards
- Train and mentor junior technicians as needed
