Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in any of our restaurants.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.
