Requirements
- Experience scrubbing in plastic surgery cases including breast procedures, tummy tucks, liposuction, facelifts, cleft repair, and other cosmetic surgery cases.
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical setup, and instrument preparation for outpatient or operative procedures.
- Ability to anticipate the surgeon’s needs and maintain efficient flow during procedures.
- Familiarity with plastic surgery instruments, sutures, retractors, and specialty equipment used in aesthetic and reconstructive cases.
- Skilled in patient safety, positioning, and surgical field support throughout the procedure.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced surgical environment with attention to detail, teamwork, and professionalism.
